So, we have always been going through amax for quite sometime now (not anymore) the girls working their previously were the bomb (but apparently werent doing things correctly which was told by one of the reps their now so thats why they arent their anymore which does not seem true, if so true thats fine they still treated us right EVERY time) anywho. We have 6 vehicles & not going here anymore taking my business elsewhere, the workers their or not happy & rude the manager Raul attempted to basically call me a liar & couldnt do anything to help me because the insurance places were closed which thats is understandable but dont call me a liar when I know i attempted to call you the day before & make a payment you say your going to call me back because your with a customer & dont when I go in say no you didnt speak to me you call all your customers back. Well obvisouly not, but again I wouldnt go here I been carrying business w/these guys for over 5yrs plus & this is my last i dont go on websites & bash people but this expirence has been by far the worst.
