My husband and I have used Jay Jackson’s State Farm Agency for three years. His office came highly recommended to us from friends and family. Jay Jackson’s State Farm Agency has a small-town level of care with the backing the largest home and auto insurance agency in the U.S. For the last two years that we’ve been with Jay Jackson’s State Farm Agency, Benjamin Honeywell has been our agent. We’ve been satisfied with his level of professionalism. We also appreciate that Benjamin Honeywell is highly involved in the community. He attends local Chamber of Commerce events. He is a board member of the Young Professionals of Angelina County. He is a youth leader at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, as well as being involved in several civic organizations. He’s upbeat, humorous, and friendly demeanor make for pleasant office visits. Whenever we’ve needed to add something to our policy, he’s arranged a meeting with us promptly. We would highly recommend him to others.

Claim # 59-1462-2kd call me about your customer service and how it takes 2 weeks to get answer or even a call back you tell us that some one will be here to look at damage to my vehicle that your policy holder was at fault and then dont follow through or even a call to see if your inspector ever in came to inspect vehicle. Im in customer service im graded by survey daily i normally dont down anybody in customer service but this is unexceptable. JAY JACKSON I NEED A CALL SIR!!

Disorganized, unable to give correct information regarding plans and payments, high turnover rate with agents (spoke with two different agents before speaking with Jay Jackson directly to get plan in place.) Once plan was in place and claim was made, payment information regarding plan was completely different then what was explained when taking out the insurance policy. Would not recommend!
