When driving on the dreaded 405 in horrific traffic, I was rear ended. Obviously, it was a shock, but at first I didn’t think much of it. When I took my e36 3-series BMW into the mechanic, they told me that a significant portion of the frame was bent! Worse, I started having shooting pain on one side of my neck that was so bad that I was having trouble sitting for long periods at my desk at work. I went horse-back riding and had to stop. It was killing me. I went to Fielding Law Group, which is a Yakima car accident attorney firm and was so impressed to have them answer questions at no cost. Also, they don’t receive payment unless you get a settlement, so that made me feel good. All I wanted was to get the right medical care to take care of my injury and they were able to get me a settlement. I’m happy that I didn’t go to any other Yakima car accident attorney and am feeling better.

Around the holidays, I was rear-ended on my way to the mall. I wasn’t speeding, I wasn’t distracted- it was completely the other driver’s fault but their insurance was giving me the runaround. Spencer and his team were more than efficient with the questions they asked and knowing exactly what to do with the information I provided. They were able to get information in a few minutes that I had tried for months to obtain. Spencer and his team were able to negotiate a great settlement that I was very pleased with. My only regret is that I wish I had involved them sooner.

I was in two accidents in two days and when i went to the doctor they gave me there card and i came over and the first thing i noticed was that they were very friendly and helpful when it came to getting all the info in line and checking in often to see how things were going and making sure i was happy with the way they were doing things. All in all i had a great experience and would tell everyone to come here if you need help with any services they offer.
