Our experience with the Zieves was disappointing at best. When we finally got an offer (well below list price) on our house, we asked them, “do you think it’s a fair offer?” The response was “I don’t even know what you’re asking.” Wow. We were dumbfounded. They offered no advice or help in negotiating. Our house sold for $12,000 LESS than their supposed “worst case scenario” ($15,000 less than original list price). We did not feel they had our best interest at heart. They will say they negotiated with the buyers over “thousands of dollars” in repair requests. Not true. The buyers didn’t ask for very much at all. The Northern Utah Home Team knew that we were upset about the way things were going but did little to address it. We will not recommend them. I’m kicking myself for being stupid enough to believe the sales pitch.

They always gave me plenty of notice for a showing and kept me informed of any changes that needed to be made.
