I am very grateful to the lawyer Nassim Arzani and his staff. They have helped me a lot! My case was / is very complicated but they have been able to find a way my son and I could have a legal status. First, I have been protected by TPS since 2002 and never worry me to change to permanent status until they tried to deny my TPS. I received a letter stating that because of my deportation in 1998, they could deny my permission. My husband and I looked lawyers until we find the Nassim lawyer, loved the plan we had to take to not renounce my TPS and also gave us a plan for my son and I had a permanent status. I had to send the I-601 application before January 5, but did not think to ask him a lawyer for help until I realized it was necessary because my presence in the U.S.A. depended on. I consult a lawyer about the application and they immediately began work on the to send him soon because I had to madarlo (8 days). They worked day and night to finish the application and could end in less than a week! They madaron the application I-601 (Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver) on January 4 and received my approval of TPS on 19 February. Now they are helping me establish a permanent status. I am very grateful to them, they have cast a spectacular job and thanks to them I could stay in my work for the speed and quality of work they do. But more importantly, I was able to stay together with my family! Thank you!
