You know that split second, when your whole life gets turned upside down. Well unfortunately if you’re looking for a lawyer your probably experiencing this hardship. I screwed up royally and hired James as a criminal defense lawyer. This man fought tooth and nail on my case and battled the state in my defense. He spent countless nights, staying up, reviewing my case and studying the dynamics as we prepared for trial. Two weeks we fought back and forth. The first trail was declared a mistrial seeing as the jury could not decide on a verdict. I Hired James again for the second trial thinking I would be getting the same great lawyer I started with, but I was wrong. This man over prepared for the second trial and the state was tightening the screws hard, they lowered the charges in hopes of obtaining a conviction, and after almost a year and a half judgment day arrived. Now, i knew there was literally no way I would ever get out of my charges scot free, but the amount of time served could be swayed. I just had no idea the scale could be tipped this much. This man had reduced my sentence time by 83%. Highly recommend in my book! not to mention he was very fair priced with other lawyers between the 50-100k range I think James did this for me for around 7k. We agreed to more, however he told me not to worry about it and keep my chin up from here. Great man, Great lawyer with a Great attitude.
