LAte last summer I was referred to FirstMark Insurance Group by a friend of mine who owns a local real estate firm that is very successful. We were in the process of selling our home and were going to need insurance for our new home which was still several months out. I made contact with Andrew and immediately I could tell that this was going to be a different experience. Not only did Andrew price our new home policy substantially below our existing insurance companies new quote, he reviewed and made recommendations for specific coverage amounts on our auto policies and our umbrella policy. In 25 years I have never had an insurance agent actually take the time to review and go through each line item and make recommendations as to how I could improve the policies and maximize my insurance dollar. 4 months into ownership of our new home we had a water leak in our master bath that caused water to come through the ceiling on the floor below. Of course this happened the night before we were to leave for SPring Break! I called FirstMark and the assistance and service was WORLD CLASS! Our experience from the initial call late last summer to the claim issue we had 6 weeks ago has been consistently stellar!

Another fine experience with FirstMark Insurance. I recently switched from my previous insurance company(after many years) I not only saved a substantial amount in premiums of my home owners and Auto insurance I was able to add an umbrella policy and still save money.
