I worked with Ideal Home Loans on my new home loan in Denver, and they were nothing short of excellent in helping me step by step through the process. I met with Craig Becker, and early on he helped evaluate my credit and gave me a plan to get my credit score in the right direction before my purchase. He took the time to really evaluate my situation, and even gave me a Home Purchase Plan with a timeline and great information so that there were no surprises as we got closer to my closing date. The entire staff at Ideal was very knowledgeable and friendly, and worked with a sense of urgency to ensure that everything went smoothly with the purchase of my first home. I highly recommend Ideal Home Loans to any new home buyers in the market, and I will continue to use them moving forward on any refinance or other properties I purchase!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ideal Home Loans. My husband and I decided to refinance our home in February. At first we tried to do it with our current mortgage holder. We were approved by them, they told us we just needed to have an appraisal done by their appraisers...never heard from them again. After a month of repeated unanswered calls, I called Ideal Home Loans. From the beginning Matthew Semryck and the rest of the staff were amazing - answered all my questions immediately, got me all the paperwork quickly, and most importantly - kept in touch! I contacted them in early March and while at first they told me the closing would be in early April, they ended up being able to get it done at the end of March. The whole process, really, has been easy and painless - I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Ideal Home Loans was great! We had a few credit issues and Craig was able to help us resolve those quickly. He even watched us file the dispute to make sure the wording was good. Craig and Kelly worked at all hours to help us. It was not unusual to have conversations at 8 or 9 at night. We did everything using scanning and the closing even happened at our house at 9:30pm. Kelly answered any and all of our questions over e-mail and phone. It was a long process but a relatively painless refinance.

What a horrible company. I will never recommend this company. Slow, always asking for stuff every week including my divorce papers!!!!! Payouts were to be paid last Friday and here it is Wednesday and still no payoffs done. Tom Martino needs to drop them from his recommended list. Never again with this company.

I would not recommend them. Very slow and incompetent. It was a vary bizarre experience. I had two deals for them, they dragged their feet so I went back to my original lender that I used multiple times and trust. Look elsewhere.
