I had been shopping around for a line of credit to consolidate and had no luck. Home side financial had been calling me and I finally talked to Geza ferenc Rakoczi. After talking with him, telling him my situation and going over my credit report he came up with a plan. I was very impressed with how he came up with the loans to make it work for me. which was a first and second mortgage. Geza really showed that he could work numbers to get what My family needed. What I needed was to consolidate so I could pay off debt and loose the stress of how much I need to work each week to make the payments and actually pay down the debt. Now I can enjoy my family time. We did run into some hurtal along the way but Geza and his team at home side were able to make adjustment So I could get the loan. In the end looking back I really appreciate what they did for me and my family. I did shop around and could not find any other lender that could make it work for me. Geza was there anytime I called weather it was the weekend or 9pm. Thanks you Geza with home side financial.

Would like to post at least 7 stars for Geza Rakoczi, He was a wonderful person to work with. He is very nice and a Professional in every since of the word. He was very helpful and patient with me and could not have been any better to work with. I was a little on edge about this whole process because of a bad experience with another Financial Co. but Geza Rakoczi has a unique talent to help the customer feel comfortable and secure. He stayed on top of each process of the paperwork in a friendly yet professional way. He was the best professional that I have ever worked with and I THANK HIM SO MUCH. He really is the BEST. Like many people were were looking for a "clean slate", credit cards paid off and a little put away for a rainy day. We were so lucky to have had Homeside on our side. Geza Rakoczi who was our loan officer was so professional and always answered all our questions. He even contacted us on a Saturday to ally some of our fears. This is what real customer service should be. We would highly recommend Homeside and Geza to anyone who needs to refinance, purchase a home etc. We have read reviews of other lending companies and the problems they caused their prospective customers.We had none of that. Thank Goodness we found Homeside!

after shopping around with different lenders , i found Geza Rakoczi Homeside financial who was able to give me by far the best offer for me mortgage . not only was it the best rate and the most savings for me and my family , but he was always there to answer my questions anytime of day . i know he has many clients but i could always count on him to be there and help me the smoothest and the easiest mortgage that ever had . i would highly recommend Geza and Homeside for anyone to improve on their current mortgage or who is looking to purchase a home .

I recommend all my friends to go him. I had very bad experience previously with other lender where they will promise something and never commit to it. Our experience was excellent! Geza Rakoczi was our Senior Loan Officer who assisted us with the entire process for our Re-Fi Mortgage. The process was very efficient and closing was 2 days ahead of schedule. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Homeside and Geza!!
