The whole team Daniel has assembled is amazing! We are first time home buyers who had some unfortunate events occur near closing that delayed our close by a few weeks - not sure we could have got through it without these guys. From Alex who walked us through what to expect with an FHA loan to our main POC, Stephen Ricci, the whole team was always in communication with us every step of the way. We really owe alot to Stephen for making that final push to get us to the closing table. Make sure to ask for him if you end up doing business there. They reach out every tuesday to provide updates. There were times we would email afterhours or on weekends and always got prompt responses. Cant think of a better first time home buying experience than working with these guys. Highly recommend!
