I want to say that my experience with Landmark Professional Mortgage and Curtis Gehrke was very painless and fast compared to other refinances I have had. Curtis was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions before I even knew I had those questions. I could ask anything and he would have an answer for me. This has been a hard time for me because I am on my own now and Curtis was very supportive. I hope to stay in contact If I have other issues to deal with in the future. Thank you. Clint from Landmark was wonderful to work with! My husband and I used a VA loan to purchase our new home and Clint was able to get us through the loan process so incredibly fast, with no hiccups. We were able to close on the exact date the builder wanted to close (which was just a couple days over 30 days from when our offer was accepted). My husband and I would highly recommend anyone to use Landmark when purchasing their home, they are professional and extremely prompt on responding to clients.
