5.0 star rating 6/28/2017 I had the good fortune to work with Doug, Shannon, Gina and Angela to help me get financing for a 2nd home in Palm Springs after the first mortgage broker I worked with told me it would not be possible due a gap in my employment history. Doug and his team were energetic, professional, and frankly delightful to work with. Though they had to change lenders and investors during the process of closing this deal more than once, they ultimately got my loans funded at very competitive rates. Thanks to their focused and thoughtful efforts, I am a new homeowner n Palm Springs. I would recommend this highly qualified team and Hillhurst Mortgage unreservedly.
