Christine Danielson went above and beyond. Our original loan officer could not get our VA loan done and was slow to return my calls. My realtor was also not living up to expectations. To make things worse, the seller was erratic and very frustrating. We switched over to the Mortgage Firm and it was like night and day. Christine was great. She not only did her job, but she did a lot of things that should have been handled by my realtor. She managed to get the deal done despite a very difficult seller. She was always quick to respond to my questions and always kept me informed as to where we were at in the process. I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend her to everyone. Truly outstanding service.

Bryan answers calls and emails within the same day (or early the next day for late emails) and always takes time to answer questions, address concerns and explain things in as much detail as needed.
