Thank you Alan Koszyk and Strive Lending! You guys did it again! First time, I did a refinance with Alan and his team which went through flawlessly and exceeded all of my expectations. Most recently, I sold my condo and bought a house which I went back to Alan Koszyk with Strive Lending again to secure my loan... I knew the purchase process was far more detailed than the refinance process, but Alan pulled it off without a single hitch. My expectations were once again exceeded. More specifically, I asked Alan and his team if they could get my loan closed in 35 days which I knew would be a very difficult task for any loan officer, let alone for one working in a different state. Alan was up for the challenge and not only did we close on time, but at the last minute I asked him to close my loan 3 days early!! And even though it was not easy, and everyone was over loaded, Alan and his team with Strive Lending pulled it off!! The loan officers at Strive Lending truly care about their clients and treat each loan or refinance as if its the most important thing on their agenda. Communication, attention to details, customer service, and honesty, was above par with Alan Kosyk and his team with Strive Lending. I would absolutely, without a doubt, use Strive Lending in the future and would recommend them to any Veteran. They truly have the Veterans best interest in mind with everything they do. Not to mention, they had the lowest interest rates around.

Strive made the refinancing experience very straightforward and they gave us a great rate. We refinanced after only making 1 payment on our new house and we got our rate down 0.5% or about $150 a month. Not bad. There were some frustrating hiccups with the lender and a lot of them happened AFTER the loan had closed. So I was very pleasantly surprised when Andrew went to great lengths to get everything sorted out even after his part of the transaction was completed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have nothing but good things to say about Strive Lending, and the service we received from Jason Lee and his team. This is my third refinance on two separate properties and each time was seamless. The option to use electronic signatures makes everything super simple and easy to understand. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. Great service and great rates. Anthony Raineri was extremely helpful and very informative when it came to the refinancing process of our home loan. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer without hesitation and always made himself and his team available. Either through email, or just a phone call away. The usual frustrations with dealing with the VA was non-existent when it came to Anthony and Strive Lending. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Strive Lending do what they promise, they help Vets! I had worked with another supposedly Vet Friendly Lender and my interest rate was 4%. Strive Lending got me an interest rate of 3.2%. They deliver. They saved me money in closing costs; they were virtually zero closing costs. I highly recommend them for all you mortgage needs. They definitely take care of our Veterans.
