I went in to dispute a charge on my account, and after a few minutes of the employee digging through transactions, I found out it was actually just a late post. The employee that helped me, Shaun, was extremely friendly and courteous when helping me through the steps. He even was polite when I realized it was my mistake, and informed me sometimes these things happen. Anyway this is a wonderful location, and I always feel so welcome when I walk into the office.

They are incompetent. I tried to make a wire transfer to a US account and they insisted it was an international wire transfer just because the address of the owner of the receiving account was in Mexico.

Try to make a deposit to pay car payment and have to sit at the window for 12 minutes. Oh yeah, it was 3 days late and all.
