We worked with a loan officer Robert R. was very easy to work with. He was thorough and very professional. We have high expectations and he exceeded what we wanted. Documents were processed and reviewed in a timely manner. When questions occurred he has always responded quickly. This was a wonderful experience for myself and my wife. He has a can do attitude and at times seemed more excited then we were getting the loan processed. Everything was at ease and was smooth. We would like to thank you Academy Mortgage for their hard work and efforts to making their customer satisfied and happy. I know we were. Again thank you for the wonderful experience. We ended up closing even earlier because we finished our paperwork before the sellers.

Academy Mortgage was totally different than any other mortgage company that we hade dealt with. When our realtor had recommended Academy from the very first call to the close they made the purchase of buying a home a great experience. Lori Schmitt and her team kept us updated through the whole process and helped us understand everything. Lori even came to us ( 35 miles ) to go over our contract and for us to sign paper work.
