I am from the UK , having had to deal with the closure of my fathers joint account , the staff were wonderful in their approach in dealing with the situation over the telephone . I only wish i could say the same for the UK banks that i have had to deal with . I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Evelyn at Logix in Burbank , she really is a credit to your bank.

Great rates. Refinanced my vehicle 66 months @ 1.95% subtract 0.05% since it was my birthday = 66 terms @ 1.9% ( is only available if you get gap insurance through them for your car which is also affordable only $350)
