Dealing with AHCA requirements was confusing and exhausting by myself, so I looked into representation. I found Jeff @ Phipps & Howell to help me. I immediately received a call and discussed my case with Jeff. It was refreshing to know someone who is experienced with the Florida laws when it deals with Health Care requirements. Rickey was the best at educating and assisting me with obtaining all the documentation needed for exemption. The process was arduous, however Rick and Jeff remained positive and available through out the entire process. What a great firm!!!!! I am ecstatic about being cleared to help others that suffer from addiction and addiction lifestyles. I am forever grateful to Jeff and Rick for the persistence and patience with my case.
