We have been using Ferran Services for over 15 years, for air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical repair. After having our HVAC installed by a well known local company that seemed to care only about new construction installation but did not have the staff needed for ongoing maintenance, it was an incredible relief to find a locally owned and operated company that does such a great job on service and repairs. Many of the same long time Ferran technicians that helped us back in the early years are still there, which is unusual and refreshing. Even though we had a twice a year maintenance contract with the prior HVAC company that did our installation 17 years ago, our A/C line still backed up only two years after we moved in, and caused over $15,000 of damage to our wood floors while we were out of town. The old company was being paid to service our equipment - yet was not flushing the lines, thus the damage took place. We were told by a friend to call Ferran. Great advice - they immediately found the problem, fixed it and have since helped us tremendously over the years. Now when the A/C needs tweaking, or we have a faucet leak or electrical issue, we call Ferran. They have never let us down and I cannot say enough positive things about them. If all businesses cared about their customers and reputation as much as Ferran does, the world would be a much better place.

Had our home AC replaced with a new Carrier AC/Heat pump...both energy efficient....cannot believe the savings and best of all the professional and caring installation and then follow up care given by Ferran Services!!...all of the technicians are professional and friendly. They know their stuff and love working for their company....and it shows. They took away the ole equipment, and months later when having some problems with the non user friendly thermostat, Ferran replaced the thermostat with a much more user friendly model for FREE. Have used Ferran services for all of my electrical needs for over 15 years. Would recommend to anyone. Great people, great service, and they stand behind their products and their service. Reliable!!

I have been renovating a house in Orlando to rent. I called several contractors to get quotes on AC, Plumbing and Electrical. The most conservative estimates came from Ferran saving us almost $7,000. Additionally, their technicians told me ways to save money! The suggestions they made to me would have made money for Ferran, so I was surprised and pleased. The technicians were well trained, knowledgeable and extremely polite and helpful. Their explanations made sense and were geared to helping me the customer understand! I had Ferran Services do some plumbing work on my home. The plumber spent all day there fixing several things and installing a new sink. He showed up as promised early in the morning so I could go over everything and still get to work on time. Thanks goodness for the retired Father-in-Law who was able to hang around the house all day. Everything was done perfectly, professionally and beyond my rather high expectations. Excellent service at reasonable rates! They even threw in an annual service plan that gave me 15% off this service call and any others for a year. It not only covers plumbing but electrical and air conditioning too.

I had Ferran Services come out to install extra attic insulation and window tinting at several of my properties. Their knowledgeable and professionalism was outstanding! It was impressive to see employees take the the time to make sure things were done right, rather than just wanting to get done and move on. Because of the great service, I also started using Ferran for my A/C work. They have been very responsive and fixed things efficiently, without trying to upsell me or talk me into new equipment. The employees have a lot of experience and many have been with the company for over ten years, which says a lot!

I have called Ferran for various home repairs from plumbing to air handlers in the past and have always had a good experience. They are the only ones who know how to service my Trane hotel-type air handler. Price is fair. They did not charge a separate fee for just showing up, then adding a whopper fee for repair. They actually fixed the problem, showed me how to take care of the filters etc. And, they came out the same day. Really good people. Experienced crew. Very respectful of my work environment, and cleaned up everything The staff at Ferran is always helpful, and it is so nice to talk to a real person! Thanks again!!

When I called for a service call the woman on the phone was very rude and did not provide me with an approximate time. Had to call twice to determine an ETA. Specifically stated they needed to call when they were on their way. They did not. When they arrived at the home, I was gone and then they called I said I would be there in 15 minutes. He said he would not wait and would be back around 2am. They did not call or follow any of the instructions I gave over the phone. And in this Florida weather we were without air and still are with a newborn baby in the home. They are truly not concerned with quality customer service.

I highly recommend this company if you appreciate good customer service! I called them, very frustrated, after getting the run around by two other A/C companies. Tanya was very pleasant and calm on the phone and was able to get back to me quickly. John came out within the time promised, diagnosed the problem, procured the needed part (free because it was still under warranty) and had my unit working in a very timely manner. A week later, I contacted them again because of a small billing problem and Pam, who was very friendly, immediately took care of the issue. I will be using Ferran Services from now on!

Good advice, quality work, knowledgeable service technicians. We have spent about $ 20,000 in the last 18 years on new a/c, new wiring , new plumbing. Have never had a complaint or reason to go elsewhere. Nick was the salesperson that helped us with our most recent ac replacement. He brought an electrician out to insure that the wiring was sufficient / up to code. It was not. Turns out a "mini-split" system was ideal (smaller unit and less expensive) for the cottage a/c I needed. Followed up after installation to insure satisfaction.

This should be the only company you call for A/C needs. We have bought three brand new units from them for two homes in a 5 year period. My husband and I have both worked in construction and have worked with many HVAC groups in town. There is no other company in our area that is more HONEST or DEPENDABLE out there. I would suggest that you look for a company willing to completely stand behind their product and service over a low ball price.
