I had my original Trane AC and furnace for 25 years. They were drafty, noisy and no humidity control. My new Lennox XC25 air conditioner and furnace (variable capacity) provide quiet and comfort. I can hardly hear the units when they are running. And no draft. There is a uniform temperature & feel throughout the house. WOW!!! The service was great too. The technicians and Kyle, the sales consultant, were very professional/knowledgeable when discussing and installing the system. And everyone was on time! I highly recommend Peitz Heating and Cooling!!!

The service by Peitz was top-notch. From the salesman (Kyle) to the technicians (Everett), the service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Peitz did a great job of laying out all of the options for me, explaining the pros and cons of each option, and did not pressure me to go any way. They made the installation a top priority to get done as soon as possible and make sure it was done with quality. The furnace has been running great and we are very pleased to have it installed on short notice before winter arrives!

Kyle took the time to answer all our questions in order to make our decision as we were comparing estimates. They went beyond their quote in providing a couple extra services without charge. They even cut down a smaller volunteer tree that hindered easy access to air conditioner pad. Personable, thoughtful and quality service people worked efficiently and timely. I highly recommend the company.

Kyle did an excellent job explaining both the air conditioner and choices of furnaces. He is to be commended as your "outreach" person. Both servicemen (one who installed the air conditioner and the one who installed the furnace) were efficient, neat, and thorough in their installation. Although, it may have cost a bit more to purchase from Peitz I would highly recommend doing business with this organization.
