I have been working with RoofLife to maintain my shake roof for over 20 years. About five years ago, I thought the roof might need replacing, but RoofLife determined that will some maintenance work they could get it to last another five years. That definitely worrk and now the five years are up and I contracted with them to put the new shake roof on, which is truly magnificant. I really can not speak more highly of this company. They more than met my expectations on the quality of the materials, the craftsmanship, responsiveness, care in explaining and discussing the work with me, the courteousness of every staff member I have had any contact with and even the incredible care they took of my yard and gardens during six days of construction. They left the yard spotless every night, even though they were coming back in 12 hours. It is is really encouraging and delightful to see such a well run company. I recommend them to anyone I know who even mentions "roof"!

One of my neighbors called me earlier tonight and told me they saw a review about Roof life of Oregon. They called me because it was so opposite of what we experienced. I had referred this neighbor to them as we love Roof Life of Oregon. They have served us 3 times over the last 18 years since our home was built and have always done a great job to the point where I have referred them to many (7) of our neighbors. From my neighbors feed back they love them too. These two previous reports posted by Molly and Bear are far from my experience with Roof Life of Oregon. I think they are great and I highly recommend them. The reasons are because they do what they say, always respond to my needs, great clean up and my roof looks great and I believe it is lasting longer than if I would of not used them.

I saw our neighbor has the service done, the Roof Life worker was doing a great job so went across the street and asked him a few questions about the company he worked for. He was very polite helpful and answered my questions. Our roof has pine needles and branches from all the fir trees in our neighborhood, and had not been cleaned in over 2 years. I called, got an estimate and ordered the service. We have a metal roof and was alerted to the actions we had been doing in the past which was not helpful for our roof. Daniel from Roof Life answered all my questions and suggested the right treatment to prolong the life of our roof. Just came home after seeing the roof cleaned and gutters looking good. Great company and service would highly recommend to anyone.

Overall experience was good. I had some repair done to shake roof followed by treatments. One questionable event was the fact that worker was about to walk away from job eventhough there were more bad shingles to be replaced because they had exceeded original quote from estimate. Good thing I was there so that they continue working on it. So they replaced 70 additional shingles but even after that they have not replaced all shingles that Pat originally said they would do which is to replace all incorrectly installed shingles. I would probably use them again when I need to though

At all points of the interaction, the personnel of Roof Life of Oregon performed in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned our gutters and treated the roof and did so at the times and estimate quoted. Based on that experience, I would highly recommend Roof Life of Oregon.

We have had Roof Life maintain our roof cleaning and moss control since we moved into our new home 22 years ago. During that time we have had some unexpected difficulties regarding the roof which Roof Life was able to correct in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with their service.

I have had a horrible experience trying to get Roof Life of Oregon to fix my roof. Was supposed to be fixed before Thanksgiving and still has not been done as of today 1/9/15. I feel I was very patient but am done. Hate is a strong word so my rating is disliked the experience with them.
