GEICO IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! THEY CALLED ME TO LURE ME AWAY FROM COUNTRY FINANCIAL HOUSE INSURANCE. THEY GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE ON HOUSE INSURANCE SO I DROPPED COUNTRY. THEN THEY SENT A GUY OUT TO INSPECT OUR HOUSE WITHOUT CALLING FIRST! WE HAD TO SEND THE GUY AWAY BECAUSE WE WERE HAVING WORK DONE ON OUR CHIMNEY AT THE TIME. THEN THEY CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE HOUSE INSPECTION AND THEY STARTED ASKING ABOUT PETS. I TOLD THEM I HAVE A SMALL DOG WHO IS MEAN. THEY DOUBLED MY PRICE FOR HOUSE INSURANCE AFTER I HAD ALREADY DROPPED COUNTRY!!!!! I NEVER GO BACK TO ANYONE AFTER THEY DUMP ME! THEN GEICO SENT ME AN EMAIL TO SAY SORRY TO SEE YOU GO. SO FUNNY !!!

Pulled my credit report with out permission. Call to find out how this happend and after 30 min on phone i recieved no answers. Filed a complaint but because i dont have a policy with them they where un willing to except compaint. This comany likes to boast a 97% custemer satisfaction. All the online reviews i have seen here are all negative. Not a single happy customer. Happy customers post good reviews. What this company does is simply unethical and illegal. Would defently recommend going to another insurance company as the only thing this company does is waste your time.

The worst insurance company I have worked with! Told my boyfriend and I what are payment was and then a few days before the payment was due they told us we owed more!! We even talked to a manager and he told us our payments and we made sure that is what it would be and then they sent an email three days before it was due telling us it was more. Cancelling my policy and going some where else.

What a s*** show with GEICO. Customer service is horrible, made mistakes on my policy and called back to have it corrected only to be charged for their senseless mistake in making errors. Keep deceiving people with your useless commercials about saving people money, doing the opposite, scamming people out of their money.

Geico was horrible to work with. Denied my claim of being rear ended even when their insured recieved a ticket from the police. Susan Perlman, the claim examiner was very unpleasant to myself and my insurance company. I hope I never have to deal with these people again.

Received spam phone calls everyday from this number for the past two weeks or more. Asked to stop but had no luck thus far. Had to block the number. Unfortunate, as I have Geico insurance through another office.

I like how they use your credit score to squeeze more money out of you not your driving record. And wait the best part is they wont report that you pay on time. Great way to screw the customer. Thanks so much.

Crowded office. Basically it is a call center that you can walk into. One big room with about 10 cubicles. Cheap insurance :)
