It is a shame Joe did not take the time to actually speak with Toyota Customer Service about this issue. They would have sent him to the National Center for Dispute Settlement, offered for free to customers. The decision offered by this group is not binding by the customer, but it is binding to Toyota. It really is a shame that he is angry and hurt over this issue, but attributing an entire car company to his bad experience when he did not seek resolution through official channels is grossly misleading. I have never been a fan of car dealerships, but it is just silly to say an entire company is bad because he never took advantage of a Toyota-provided service. Though I do not work for Toyota, I did in the past in their Customer Services department, and this poor guy let his anger keep him from taking advantage of customer service programs meant to prevent these kinds of situations. I really feel bad for someone whose emotions blind them to genuine and nationally recognized efforts to protect the customer. Oh yeah, Joe. The closest dealership is further north on Western Avenue. You are pointing at the environmentally, uber politically correct campus for the Toyota National Headquarters. Google Maps admin should probably read some of these comments for appropriateness.

Threee of us new toyota owners are Deaf. Your Road Side Assistance program is not accessable to us because we cannot use telephones to call for help. We even bought the 85 K mile maintenance contract which extends the road side service contract also for a total of SIX YEARS. Your corporate experience center told us to go to our attorney general and our lawyers to solve the problem. Well now we are going in a unfourtunate direction because of this non responsible response from Toyota Corporate. We explained several times that we have a practicable solution for Roadside Assistance access. We have asked several times for a corporate contact to see our proposal. The experience center is NOTHING more than a stonewalling and screening call center designed to keep customers from contacting the folks at corporate that might actually care. It is a shame that we have tried since November 9th 2012 and have not recieved a solution. This leaves the Deaf community no choice but to bring a very public campaign against Toyota. My husband has a loan with Toyota financial due to my health we were a few payments behind. We had purchased the platinum care package and the insurance in case of any hardship. Last month we called Toyota in regards to it situation and were informed that w would be receiving the paperwork through mail. We need to start doing regular payments and the few we were behind would be added to the end of the payments. So last months payment wad made this month I informed I would be 2 days late and postponed the payment online for that time. Toyota cane and repossessed the vehicle on Thursday night. I called Friday to get all fees to get vehicle back and was told it may take up to 5 business days so I may get a letter with that info. Called a lawyer next who said it was BS, so if anyone is interested we are trying to file a class action law suit against them. By the why loan was for 5 years only had it the and only owed less than 4000 because always sent in a higher amount to lower interest. Dint worry I will be coming for my car a soon as I get the letter.

For anyone that is considering borrowing money from this company should think twice. I have tried to get my title from them of a vehicle that has been paid off for a couple of years now. After talkin to them countless times they ask for either fax of certian paperwork or infomation which seems like they are doing a good job. DONT BE FOOLED. They say they will call you once somthing is done or into a problem... never do. Say they will contact you once they get your infomation... never do. There are more problems of which i have with them. Its seem they dont know what they are doing.

Very poor customer service. I had a recent graduate mail-in rebate problem with my new car purchase which is supposed to be sorted out by TFS corporate office. I was following for this rebate as per the information from their corporate office representative only. They are still unable to give a clear answer. It is since last 4 months, this issue being handled and every time I call, they start with something that has previously been done. Hopeless customer service!!!

3.5 months later, I am still waiting for overpayment of 432.oo when I paid off loan early. And the title too!.. The said they send both to wrong address. Claimed both were reissued back in September...... DMV says replacement title has not been issued. Incompetent Liars. And I am dealing with the "executive" team.

Worst service if someone decides to take over your lease they have to wait almost 3 months to get their hands on the car ! other companies do it in 3 days! i will never ever buy a toyota with TFS i rather be biking than having a car loan with them.

They over charged me $300 , after calling for 6 month they gave me a check , and now the check was returned , and i got charged for another $12. They are modern thiefs, will never buy toyota again.

I had 2 problems in 20+ years and had them resolved through Customer Service. If you had problems with a dealer, do not take it out on the whole Brand.
