Same experience. My daughter was in accident in which she was the passanger. The driver was her best friend. They were rear ended. I called the "firm" of Ron Sholes only because I knew Ron personally when he was just started his practice. I thought of him as conscientious hard worker and wanted him have the business. Little did I know...he most likely not even around. Tried numerous times to get in touch with him to let him know his "firm"is floundering and soon will drown at this rate as my daughteres case was simple. Her friend got new car etc. Took 4 years and she only got 2 grand for her pain and suffering. Honestly We gave up for a year then they got in touch as the case was still open. Who knows what was really going on there but Ron should get back from where ever or take his name and number off all the Billboards ads.

My son was rear ended on his motorcycle by a local pest control truck. He was only 21 and naive so I decided to take over the - what I thought would be - a couple years of hell for the lawsuit. After much advice and research I decided to go with Ron Sholes. The main reason was the personality of the staff and availability of the lawyers. Most of the time with the other firms I couldnt even get a lawyer on the phone. Even after fees the settlement was much more than we expected. They helped make a terrible experience a little less to deal with.

the worst ever my fiance has an case still open from 4 1/2 years ago nobody ever answers her calls or return them every time she calls they are busy or in a meeting I can count how many times they called her. she never got a breakdown never once called her to give her an update when she finally got a breakdown she was told way less than what I know the case is worth this is not it just too much to type I suggest you to never ever do business with this firm it will cause you more pain than the actual accident

I had a case and i trusted them to take care of me. I lost my job due to my wreak lost my apartment cause i couldnt pay any of the bills. Mr Burleigh. Didnt help didnt keep me informed on what was going on. After everything that happened i got 40 bucks plus a messed up back still and a car that was still messed up. I asked for my break down and never got one. I will never trust this firm at all NEVER. We will fight for you??? Yeah right...

The worst firm ever period 5 years and I still have yet to receive my settlement they do not answer calls give updates or anything always in meetings but from previous reviews nobody getting paid so what the hell you in meetings for ? Worst experience in life and still in pain with no money
