I originally set up my trust on the very basic level a few months ago via my local FFL dealer. Nothing against them but I had the feeling given the current political climate that it may not be set up correctly.. I read several of the blogs published by David Goldman and decided to call his office. I talked to Elisabeth at the office, then Mr. Goldman. After a brief discussion, I realized I was correct and he subsequently sent another trust to super-cede the original. I got the new documents back, set up a conference call with Mr. Goldman today and he answered all my questions. ( a bunch). But, sleeping easier tonight with a much better understanding of how the trust is supposed to work. Thanks
