Wonderful personal service for over 20 years! The staff truly knows our family needs and contacts us proactively when something might be helpful to us, but not always selling us something. Auto claims are handled quickly with caring. Provided great advice on how to get through some teenage accident situations without costing us a fortune. Always available to meet in person as well. This office is very friendly and sincere. Ed Hart was patient and answered all of my questions accordingly as I worked out the details of switching my car insurance from another state. However, he seemed a little forgetful, and I had to keep giving him the same details over and over to input my information correctly, I am not sure why. Besides this, he was a good agent and genuinely wanted to help me.

The staff member that helped me sign up for my home and car insurance also did their best to maximize the number of discounts I had before proceeding, even though it was near the end of their work day.
