The idea of getting insurance overwhelmed me. I hate paperwork and I didn’t know anything about insurance. That all changed when I came to this agency. They took the time to explain everything to me and made the process very seamless. If I ever need anything they are always available to answer my questions. In order to get a copy of my policy i need to stop in! im sure they do it so they dont lose people to other companys. its a stupid rule. They come up with stupid excuses of why they cant send it "Our system is down" Really, are you serious? DO YOU HAVE A PRINTER? DO YOU HAVE A FAX?
