Worst business I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I leave messages upon messages and never get a call back and when they did finally call me back they interrupted me at my place of employment as opposed to calling my cell phone. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. They never try to help when you express that your having a rough time and when I asked to have a payment delayed during a financially hard time, they refused to provide any assistance. From what I see on here, they treat everyone equally as poorly.

Horrible bank and experience. The have a corner on the market for HUD Title 1 loans, therefore they can treat you poorly. HUD should investigate and take there lending privilege away. During the loan process they require you to spend money on unnecessary reports then they refuse to take the report they asked for. I do not know how they stay licensed with these lending practices. STAY AWAY!!

This bank is needs to be investigated or have some type of class action suit, nothing but unprofessional and unethical people working there. They all should be fired!!! They never answer the phone and always have an excuse on why they make mistakes or why this why that and then makes rules as they go. DO NOT USE THE BANK FOR ANYTHING NOT EVEN TO MAKE CHANGE.

Are horrible at answering phones, never return phone calls or emails. I paid off a loan over a month ago still have yet to recieve my title. They will give attitude and say that they are sending it when they have time yet they have yet to.

Such an awful bank, have been though so much trouble trying to make payments for my car, talked to numerous amounts of employees and no one seems to know the right answer. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK. They will ruin your credit score.
