Seth, Kay Beth and his team were excellent when helping us close on our first home. They explained everything to us very clearly and explained all our options. Since this was our first time buying a home we appreciated the extra time they spend with us. Seth also showed up to our closing to be there if any questions came up. I have heard is very rare for a lender to come to closing, but Seth and his team will exceed all your expectations.
