Steve Manolis of Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation provided us with great service from the pre-approval stage of the mortgage process through our closing yesterday, August 29. At every step of the process, Steve was on top of everything, making sure we did what was needed and in a timely fashion to push the loan along. Steve answered every question we had in a very timely manner and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions we had. We got a great loan rate through Steve and could not be more pleased with his services. To finish things off, Steve even attended the closing to make sure all things went smoothly.
