Horrible customer service. Staff are disorganized and terrible at follow ups. You call and ask for a representative and the answer is always "call back in 30 minutes" When You call again they say "call back in another 30 minutes." Meanwhile you are kept on hold for 15 minutes. This has been going for days now. For sure I will look for a better agent. Horrible customer service. disorganized and untrained employees. I turned and asked to talk to the person they claim to be responsible for what I need and always send call back in 30 minutes and he is never available, or returns. This, when you do not get 15 minutes on hold. Agent not recommended.

I work for a dealership in Framingham ,and always we have a hard time to get RMV 1 stamp back .They are very friendly but never get job done on time ,transferring plates with them is a nightmare , 3 of our customer had to come back few times in order to get inspection sticker done .I call and follow up with them ,confirmed they received our fax and two days latter still not getting the RMV 1 stamped .Is frustrating for me because I have to deal with many others insurance ,and is not only my customer is their customer also .Please respect customer time .We always provide a fax ,email and phone number in case we miss something ,plus we call also to confirm .I am writing not as customer but someone who represent them and try to make their life less stressful .

They almost never call you back when they promise. I gather they are pretty understaff. Their boss, Mr.Costa, is most of the time absent. They give quotes they may not honor when you want to purchase. You can sense they cheat their way into getting your business by quoting lower than others but eventually rising the premium to much higher than everyone else. Very careless in handling customers. Their quotes have lots of errors that will haunt you one way or the other later down the road. I would certainly not recommended them to my friends.

Excellent experience. I was shopping for insurance and was recommended A-costa insurance by a friend. I had an amazing experience dealing with their highly trained and professional employees, my insurance was 200 dollars lower than at the cheapest competitor I had found. They explained all the coverages in details. I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend A-costa insurance agency.

He is not fair! he said he will inform RMV about cancellation of my insurance policy adn taking new one by filling form 2 A. He did not do that . Not professional
