Scott Bowen is an Awesome Agent! I left another insurance agency because I was never allowed to speak to the agent personally. When I called Allstate at the Scott Bowen Agency, I was able to speak with the agent personally about my policies and rates. Scott has always been there to assist me in what I needed.
