Usually I never take the time to rate any business but i had to share Greatly how satisfied I am with the services rendered to me That Were. Due to poor decisions in my life I Had Incurred a lot of debt and found myself drowning in bills. The worst of the worst this law firm has been the worst experience ever for me and my father. Every time I call they can never answer my questions regarding the case they are so quick to take your money but never to update you about your case. I spoke to a representative Rodriguez on the phone who claimed to be supervisor or incharge of the call center and he hung up on me. They always say they will call me back and they never do, by far the worst costumer service ever he said I was speaking in English so he HAD To transfer my call to English . When you call them the automative system does not even give you an English option and to top it off the can Never find his case they give me the hardest time ever I have to lieterally fight with them on the phone to find his case and the funny thing about that is they are so quick to find the case when it comes to making a payment. This place I do not recommend to anyone it’s very upsetting all the boolshit they feed you and all the lies they say regarding a case and how they will help you . After they take your money you are nobody to them. Worst of the worst.
