PLEASE REVIEW ALL COMMENTS : THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! THEY TALK FAST, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER TALK OR RETURN YOUR CALLS... ITS BEEN 30 DAYS AND I HAVENT SPOKEN TO SUZZANE OR ANY ATTORNEY SINCE SHE TOOK MY $250. JUST THE RUDE ASS RECEPTIONIST WHO MAKE A THOUSAND EXCUSES WHY YOU CANT TALK TO ANY ATTORNEY! THATS IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. MY CASE WAS NEVER FILE, UNTIL YOU PAY IN FULL IS WHAT IM BEING TOLD NOW, BUT NOT AT THE BEGINING! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION....AND PLEASE DONT LET THEM SET YOU UP AN GMAIL ACCOUNT "THATS SUPPOSE TO BE HOW YOU COMMUNICATE WITH THEM....A LIE!!! BE CAREFUL MY HARD EARN $250. DOWN THE DRAIN 8/2016

I have been extremely happy with Affordable Legal Services. They represented me in 2013 and because I was so impressed I hired them again in 2016. My Attorneys were very knowledgeable and very nice. I met with Attorneys and not paralegals or clerks and they took the time to explain everything to me. I felt that they cared for me. Their law firm fees were also the most reasonable that I found. I have recommend them to two people already, and will to all my friends and family.

DO NOT use these people! they just took $300 deposit yesterday for a case I told this first thing this morning I didnt want to continue, asked for the deposit back they are giving me a run around I have reported to BBB in Chicago, and my local bank. They set up a gmail account and now they have went in and disabled it and changed the recovery address after I called their bluff. Glad I didnt give the the complete balance!

I hired Affordable Legal Services 9 years ago in 2008. I was so happy with them that I again hired them this week - 9 years later. Not only do they have the best prices of all the Law Firms that I called around, but I remembered my lawyer really fighting for me on my previous case. And when I came back 9 years later, my lawyer even remembered me. I feel comfortable and confident that they are representing me again.

They will take your money with no regard to your case. I paid all money on time and suzanne says you can talk to her 24/7 but its a lie.You could never talk to a lawyer. You have to email or call the law firm, leave a vm and one of the paralegals will email you back a week and a half later. I filed my case a few days late and i couldnt get to suzanne to fix things. What a waste of time and money.

I contacted and met with other Law Firms and chose this law firm over the others not only because they were $1,000 cheaper than the other law firms but because they spent a lot of time with me explaining the legal process. I was not rushed and all my questions were answered. They gave me materials to read and were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

I would not recommend this service to anyone they tell you one thing and do another I have been trying to reach this company for two weeks leaving messages , I have paid my legal fees with them Chapter 7 once they get your money for their fee then you cannot reach them until they are ready.
