The Law Office of David A. Fernandez not only assisted me in settling my complicated post-judgement lawsuit, they also helped me to achieve a fair and equitable deal for both parties. It was exactly what I had hoped for from our very first meeting. Although it was tedious, time-consuming and anxiety producing, Dave and his team were always available to answer questions and coach me through the months long ordeal. My deepest thanks go out to Dave, Anjara and Daisy for returning calls and emails promptly. Often that is the best strategy, keeping clients up to date and dispensing information no matter how trivial. I give Dave and his law firm 5 Gold Stars! I have nothing but great things to say about The Law Office of David A. Fernandez. The staff and Mr. Fernandez were extremely professional and courteous. He explained to me very clearly the processes, and what different outcomes may possibly occur in my particular situation. What I appreciated most was his very hands on approach. Rather than relaying messages or information through his legal secretaries or assistants, he would always contact me personally by phone. There was a couple of times I called the office while he was in court, and he always called me back in a very timely matter. His extraordinary service comes at a very fair price. I will definitely recommend his law firm to anyone!

I first saw David in action while in court for my Discover lawsuit, he had several cases and won them all. I was impressed but did not get his number nor the name as he left while I was in conference with Discover attorney. 3 months later for my follow-up in court I saw him early in court room and after discussing my situation asked him to represent me - well worth the money. Discover case has been Closed and he is now representing me on another suit and probably more to come, sadly, but at least I know someone who will represent me 100%. Thank you David!!!!

it is a travesty i can only give him 5 stars! david is one the finest lawyers i have ever met and he is also one of the most fair. he will spend time with you, he wont nickel and dime you, and he will fight like a champion because the law is his passion! he not only has the respect of his clients, but the respect of the opposing counsel and the judges as well. to put this in reference, my case was a "bill of review", and david WON!!
