I have been back and forth with this office the last three weeks trying to get answers in regards to my policy. I call the office and it goes to an automated message. I have called the 24 hour customer service and that is a waste because they do not have access to the information the agent has access too. I have never experienced such poor customer service from an insurance company ever in my entire life! I am so done with these people. Dealing with State Farm and this office has been a complete nightmare. I wish I never left Met Life!

Alex is the man! I called to get an auto quote and he saved money as well as told me about a hospital income policy that I was able to get for my son. He was very helpful and actually listened to me rather than rushing me off the phone. I was very impressed.
