They rudely hang up the phones. No business manners. And Worcester location is the worse. Horrible service. I have been waiting for 2 months to be contacted by their specialist. No other way to speak with anybody regarding dental plan. By their policy dental specialist is supposed to call you back - never happened. CSR never put information properly about my case!!!. Please we aware that 48 hours calling time mean BUSINESS hours - like a week!!! And they never calling in time. Day of your call is not included in 48 hours. Wish i was given all this details & complete disclosure of the way their policy work in advance. They asking ALL personal info (including FULL SSN) and refusing provide their last names. Jody who claimed to be a "floor team specialist" refused to provide her last name, employer ID, connect to her supervisor and simply hang up the phone. How about Consumer protection LAW... How I can trust those unreliable people mishandling my case of not stealing my identity??? Very rude, no business manners and extremely opinionated. But before you will reach anybody on the line, be prepare to wait up to 50 min!!!

In general, all works fine. But there are certain disadvantages, not all employees are competent to advise, at least on the hot line. I liked the fact that the application can be submitted to their office through the computers that are out there. Just minus the option for sending the package of documents, only the fax, mail or bring to the office itself. It would be more convenient if you could send electronically, such as through an application or a website on the Internet via personal cabinet.

These assholes are a bunch of idiots, took more than three months trying to solve my problem lla everything you send me an order. a pair of mules and donkeys think I solved this faster every time I call I have to explain from start to finish my problem and the only thing that happens is that my mail box overflows of such letter sent telling me about things that neither the case are definitely stupid are the worst shit that has created.

I can type an essay of all the problems they have. They change my address to out if state. Terminate my health insurance, change my policy and now its been 1 month that I dont have insurance because of their mistake. I have been calling them for 3 weeks now and provided everything they need and Iw as told 2 weeks ago that everything is been taken care and my policy should be reinstated yesterday. I called them again today and they told me there was no plan selected for me and after holding for an hour, I was told there is a glitch in the system and IT will look into it. Seriously, this is crazy. Thats why we HATE Obama care. This could have been much easier if I had to just deal with the health insurance company. HATE HEALTH CONNECTOR. If you have any way to avoid them.. Please do, It will save you days, weeks and also maybe months.

DO NOT EVER SIGN UP!! I was double billed through automatic payments in December, when I called up and canceled asking for both payments back (one authorized, one authorized mistake). I just found out today (April 13th) that since the billing department cannot find the authorized payment in their system that they will not pay me back...WHAT?!?! Bank statements and calls from the bank PROVES 2 payments were taken out and you only want to pay me back one?!?!?!?! So if I steal from you and there is proof and I lose it, too bad?!?! Get ready to fight a battle because you are going down. I am getting MY money back!!!!

After spending over 3 hours on their web site filling in all of the redundant forms, the last form asked, would you like to edit any of the information? I saw that I entered the name of the town incorrectly, (2 letters were swapped) so when I selected YES to the edit question and what Happened? IT STARTED THE ENTIRE PROCESS, OVER! 100 PAGES of ENTRY IGNORED, NEED TO START OVER FROM THE BEGINNING!!!!! Called the support line, the guy on the phone was really pleasant at telling me that there was nothing he could do....."the software is flawed" The health connector is very, very flawed....BEWARE

This is a joke! I have been trying to get health insurance through the connector since last year. There was an issue with the application and waited a very long time for a call back that never came. I finally had to purchase insurance through my employer which cost way more then I could afford. I was able to finally apply in December and now I am having issues with the insurance again. The representatives have no idea what they are talking about and in my opinion have not been trained properly.

Incompetent billing people. I am still waiting for a refund of $650 that they deducted in error! Estimated refund time is 60 - 90 days. Unreal. Not to mention I am constantly told that "My coverage has expired" yet they have no problem taking the funds out of my account every month. Every time I call they tell me I have coverage and that they are not sure what the issue is. Why do I pay this much per month if I am getting little to nothing in return? Very frustrating.

Although signing up was a bit confusing at the start a few years ago, I have had to contact the Health Connector with questions and updates since, and I find the system runs much more smoothly now. The customer service reps have been very helpful. I called today because my husband is now eligible for Medicare and I no longer need him to be on my plan, the customer service rep was not only helpful, but very pleasant.

billing error on THEIR part in April meant I had a 2 premium bill with NO NOTICE for Feb. 11 phone calls later (only 5 logged in their system), I finally talk to a supervisor AFTER MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE IS REFUSED... think I got it all settled? NO!!! STILL WAITING TO BE ALLOWED ACCESS FOR MY MAINTENANCE MEDICATION.

Incompetents, from top to bottom. Problems dealt with at great effort reoccur like clockwork. I pay almost $1200 a month for me and my wife, yet she is regularly told she has no coverage. Poorly trained temporary workers who never follow through on their pledges "to get to the bottom of it." Run away while you can.

Representatives are kind and helpful but every time I call to change something in my plan, catastrophic changes are made to my income that impact my premiums and what I owe in taxes. This is so not fair that sub par work is done and we have to pay the price.

If you are able to head to this location,l when you have insurance issues with the health connector-go. The staff is courteous and have been able to resolve issues in minutes that literally took weeks of calls to the health connector line.
