I have never had a better experience with an insurance company. A month after I acquired car insurance with this agency, I was rear ended. I called the Agency, not only did Jacqueline answer, she offered assistance at the scene, and guided me through the repairs and subsequent financial restitution. Since then I have purchased a new vehicle, of course on a weekend, again, Jacqueline personally handled the particulars. I highly recommend this agency. Jacqueline is personable, pleasant, and professional.
