Value = Cost + Benefits. Southern Family Insurance delivers on cost AND benefits. Kevin Smith has earned all of my insurance business because he delivers on both. I made the comment a couple of years ago that he now has everything but my dog covered, and he informed me that my dog was indeed covered under my policies too. lol
