Very professional service - Great Customer Support - Worked w/ Eddie, Eli and then Super Dave did a great job finding the issue that was preventing our fireplace from working correctly. All were polite, neat and prefessional. Even though it was just our of warranty - they did not charge us for the repair! Great Company to work with.

Service was great until some worker named Eddie offered to do some side work for a much lower price. I ended up getting screwed because he claimed to have cleaned my fireplace but instead took my money and did not do the labor. Beware when Eddie tries to offer side work outside of the company. I knew he was a scam.
