Stop DO NOT go to this place all they care about getting there 40% and more! They do not care about how u end up with bad credit or how much money you paid from out of pocket or time off that was in result of the car accident!!!! They did not even call me and told me that they had received the money but yet i was able to see that check was cashed days before the attorney gave me a call. SMH!!! I was told I was going to receive a discount from administrative fees! That did not happen! Get paid for my therapeutic therapy that was prescribed by the pain doctor. That did not happen! Get paid for my pain meds. That did not happen! I am very disgusted by the poor customer service and the poor attention given to us Davis Law Firm Costumers! I regret hiring these people to help me with my case! I feel like I got robed! Davis Law Firm should stop paying on advertising and be a little more of a human being!

Be aware NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DAVIS LAW FIRM, they are FRAUD. If there was a below zero option, I will give them that rating. first of all, I started with them in January and they kept on changing lawyers on my without notifying me, they never called me back, every time I called them. If I was able to get a hold of someone I had to explain my case to them evey time. Then I was told,well, the driver who hit you on the traffic light when you were turning, gave a different story. Even with the police report saying, that he hit me from the back. Then,someone at the office told me well, his insurance is All state and they are really good at denying cases and not accepting responsibility.I got a letter saying they can not do anything for me on May 27th.I got totally screwed, had to pay all the out of net work money for my treatment with their doctor.

They took a case but had us do all the footwork which caused massive glitches in the case which caused a per the firm a positive win to a loss which another lawyer had to fix, overall some good candy but bad lawyers with the overseeing one over our case getting into financial securities fraud and then the newbie lawyer that was under him then was the primary and badly dropped the ball. These statements are in regard to the San Antonio location near Broadway and loop 410 which moved to this place in San Antonio.

If you do use them as your attorney, get somebody besides Cagney McCormick. All he cared about was getting his money, not ours. Our mother died in a car accident, and my grand parents got a different attorney. My grand parents did not have to pay a penny of the hospital bill, that all came from us. Basically their attorney worked for them and Cagney did not work for us, but himself. I know other people that have used them and have said good things about the law firm, but none of them had Cagney McCormick.

Although the firm did not take my case i am giving it 4 stars only because today i called asking to speak to the attorney who was handling my case and the representative who answered phone MS.ALEJANDRA was really nice and calm me down the tone of her voice was just wonderful she was very attentive and did transfer me to my case manager finally i was able to get some answers first time since i was with the firm that i had some one understand me or at least made me feel better

I was a pedestrian victim of hit and run in Harlingen. They arrested the perp. He and the owner of the vehicle failed to file with their insurance company. Chris Harris (S.A. office) handled my claim. He got full benefits. Chris and his team always responded promptly to my calls and emails, provided valuable counseling and kept me informed. I recommend them.

**Do not waste your time or money with Davis Law Firm** I would of out more money $500 for me and $1500 for medical bills. if I just settled with the Insurance company,but I was told by them( Davis Law Firm) I would get more money.
