Awful customer service. They have one phone number for all branches. There are three here in Tucson that are open on Saturdays, but you cannot reach them directly and the single phone number that you have to use is useless because it assumes you are calling after hours if you are calling on a Saturday. I Googled the branch to see if I could find a direct phone number to the branch, but I could not. Extremely frustrated.

Used to have good call in service and the lady at the front was awesome but I moved away from Tucson. They started 24 hour call center. Call center cannot do common actions (reset online passwords, temporary raise atm limits). Now almost all calls goto call center (that can do very little) after 10 min wait on phone. Taking my money and business elsewhere.

The staff was rude and condescending. They are completely insensitive to the needs of disabled people. Two different staff people stated how "it was so easy just to write a letter and drop it in the mail". This is not always true. I will never do business with them again.

been a member 35 years, direct deposit from payroll, working foro Hughes Aircraft, then Raytheon, always turned down for a loan, have a 800 credit rating also, only reason I dont close my account is had it 35 yeasr,,,,,
