We closed on a loan today and I have to say that America First NEVER ceases to amaze my wife and I. From the application process to the appraisal to closing everything was organized and smooth. Yvonne and Jordan in loan department were thorough and answered all of our questions. Brooke our appraiser was quick and efficient and Angela had all of our paperwork ready when we showed up and we were done closing within 15 minutes. Thank you again for many great years of service. The people who work here make Saratoga Springs AFCU, THE BEST credit union. Aaron, the manager is the kindest person you will ever meet. All the tellers, loan officers and staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. When working with them, I feel like they truly have my best interests in mind. Everyone is very professional and pleasant to work with. It definitely feels like a "small town" establishment. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.

I cannot get any one to return my calls to answer questions regarding my loan application. I used to think america first was good but I am thinking it might be time to move all my accounts from them to a different credit union. Shame too I have had them for over 6 years. No response is not exactly what you want from a financial institution.

This place is great. They are good at loans and even will loan on old cars. Very good service minus the older guy who wears byu stuff telling me I had too many loans. None of his business if I have a couple loans. Will continue to do business here.
