I very rarely, in fact never, give endorsements because I figure providing an exceptional experience is just part of the job. However, I feel like the experience we had working with Jacinda Montano was more than just providing an exceptional experience. Jacinda made what is one of the more stressful events in life very easy and she knew just how and when to help us through the process. Jacinda made it a point to stay in contact with us through the process even to the extent that we consider her a good friend now. I have heard horror stories from loved ones and friends about their loan officer and I don’t even know what that feels like because we had Jacinda on our side. If you are thinking about getting a loan to purchase a home or refinance a current home I would highly, no, I would only recommend Jacinda. This is the third loan Jacinda has helped me with and I would not use anyone else! It was a complicated process as I was closing on two properties at the same time and kept changing which property was going to be the investment property. She was super responsive and explained everything in detail to me if I had questions. She even helped me work through meeting certain criteria in an accelerated timeline which was above and beyond what she needed to do. My real estate agent even commented saying that she has never seen such an amazing broker and loved working with her. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

Jacinda is truly a one of a kind loan officer. She helped me with a refinance and a purchase in the same month. She is extremely fast, super knowledgeable and really easy to work with. Jacinda is the best, hands down. My husband and I worked with Jacinda when we bought our first house a few years ago. We had had some black marks on our credit but she still got us a great rate.
