To just say thank you to Maxine Cannon and the entire Dyer Mortgage Group is not enough. I do not believe there are words that can express my gratitude for Maxine. We closed on our first home last month and it would not have been possible without this team. I went to another company only a few weeks prior to working with Maxine and I was told I would not be getting a loan. I was down and out and then I meet Maxine and the Dyer Mortgage Team. As a veteran and someone with not the best credit history, I thought I was destined to rent forever. Please, if you are reading this review and you don’t think it is possible to own a home this is the team to call. If you’re a veteran and you’re not sure who to trust, call Maxine she loves her veterans and you need an expert to deal with V.A. loans and Maxine is that person.

Our experience with Dyer Mortgage could not have gone any better thanks primarily to loan officer Mr. Pacheco. We were initially referred to another mortgage company but that turned sour at the outset when we learned we could not meet with anyone face to face. Our realtor then referred us to Dyer Mortgage and Mr. Pacheco and we could not have been happier with the outcome. He was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the process, and worked to get the best interest rate possible. Our experience with Dyer Mortgage Group was definitely a group effort at the finish!! They promised a quick close, and delivered, even though my husband and I were not the easiest case, by far.
