Oh gosh, I had nothing but positive experiences with Ryan Henschen. From day one everything went very smoothly and quickly. In fact the entire team was great. I was moving from Arizona to Illinois and had to everything by myself, including the move itself so things became pretty intense for me. Ryan has a way of putting you at ease and calming the situation. I greatly appreciated that he was there for me at any time and every step of the way! I was mislead into believing there was a no cost refinance when in reality they increased our rate. It felt like a bait and switch and it was never properly explained. The lender also did not show up to our refinance closing without even mentioning to us they would not be there. Throughout the process it felt like no one was ever available to talk to us, we were ever only able to contact through email. There was also a last minute scramble to get some documents signed by a certain date without heads up.

Outstanding people to work with. This was the second time I have dealt with Rory Leach and his team and cannot speak highly enough about them. On my new house I was lured by a lower rate to go with an out of town lender. After a horrific experience with them that ended up falling apart and delaying my closing, I called Ryan and he came through for me once again! I was able to close with them in about 8 or 9 days. I learned my lesson and will never even think about using anyone else.
