Scammer. Scammed people about 47 million dollars. And he is still in business even after a lawsuit. He keeps sending letters to make a new contract with him. Now he even partnered up with another scammer mysmartpay. People stay away from this scammers. Check him out on FB he lives the luxury life by scamming people of their hard earned money. Dont fall for this guys sceme. I was his client for 4 years believing my mortage would be paid of in 15 years. But yes he charges you 2 x a monthly fees, sure for one person its not a lot of fee, but if u combine the 100.000 people he had signed up for his shady business that is a total of 1 million in one month only on the fees he is collecting from 100.000 sign ups. Plus the upfront fee he charges which is $900. What a thief, hope he goes to jail, and hope we can get some type of compansation from this jerk for stealing our money with false pretences.

STAY CLEAR. Terrible. Took my money for the life of the loan (approx. 15 years) and discontinued service in less than 1 year. Will not issue any refunds. The man who started this company claims to be a Christian. He sent emails about how he prayed to God when starting this company. He should pray to God and ask forgiveness after stealing from so many hardworking people. He is not a Christian, he is a con artist. This company should be shut down and forced to pay restitution.

Anyone who is smart enough to really understand what this company does will realize it will save you a ton of money for a very nominal fee. The do what most people will not do and that is pay a bill or bills every two weeks - consistently. I have seen my mortgage and student loan shrink right in front of my eyes. I love this service and appreciate what they do for me. Have added the car payment and a credit card on as well.

Excellent service. I have been a member since mid 2013. I am very sad to see this company being bullied by major corporations and it is unfortunate that my membership had to be suspended due to the law suit. If you look at your mortgage statement, members of the NBA can see how much money they have saved! I am very hopeful that the NBA will come out successful and I am able to resume business with them.

Ignore the five star ratings, they are from employees and their families. We used to write them when things were slow.

I actually just talked to someone and had to enter the phone tree as a prospective client. Basically the bank they used will not process bi-weekly payments after the first of the year. They told me if they find another bank to work with they would be contacting all their clients.

Terrible service. They take your money and then cancel their support even though it is supposed to be a lifetime situation. DO NOT work with these people. If i could rate it not stars I would. They will not return my 1500.00 that I gave them for making payments for me.

Took our mortgage payment out, spent an hour on the phone making sure it would get payed. They assured me ir would be payed on the first and what do you know they never did. Now I have to come up with a whole other mortgage payment this payment. Not a happy customer.

They suddenly stopped making payments and there is no person to answer the phone. No matter what # you call the system just suddenly hangs up. They are stealing money. They ask to email instead of call but there is no reply.
