I would like to strongly recommend American Equity Mortgage and loan officer Peggy Bradshaw who assisted my buyers in obtaining financing for their home which closed on September 6, 2016. They required a type of financing that involved a great deal of documentation. Issues arose during the process and Peggy patiently and professionally handled them. Without her knowledge and professionalism this deal would probably have fallen apart. She attended the closing to answer any questions the buyers might have.
