I worked with Mike Meena and his team on a couple of transactions this year and I was impressed at how they were always two steps in front of me. My agent warned me that they are very busy and that I should use a lender that she referred, but I knew from family and friends that I wanted to use Mike and the gang. Both transactions closed on time and there were no complications except for a couple of deposits I had to verify, but Mike was upfront about that! Either way, I highly recommend Mike Meena and Augusta Financial! They are courteous, professional, careful, fast, awesome, they stay late if you need them to and they give great rates!
