Jerry Brown and the team at Interlinc Tuscaloosa on McFarland are professional, prompt, courteous, understanding, and fairly easy to work with. While there were some understandable communication issues (85% of all our communications happened via email due to my personal preference), the team basically worked around my schedule and helped turn a stressful first time home-buying experience into a fairly painless process. I appreciate that a vast majority of the required documents were able to be processed online without having to mail in physical copies, or make in-person visits. The speed of responses was same day, often within an hour or two. As a first time home-buyer I had inadvertently complicated some of the processes and paperwork and Jerry and the team were quick to catch, alert, and help me rectify the situation.
